Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location; close to beach, shops, restaurants, tram stop. Very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: The apartment needs some serious TLC. Things were broken, old furniture, abused furniture. Washing machine was out of order. This apartment has no spirit nor decoration. The couch, which looked nice, was very uncomfortable. Rain came in from the street under the front door when it rained very hard.
Summary: Very clean well situated apartment that needs major TLC.
