The house is located just a few steps from the main beach and the famous bell tower (1 min walk), it is located in a quiet pedestrian street. It is ideally located and close to all amenities (beaches, shops, market and restaurants).
The accommodation is a traditional fisherman's house of 95m2 on three levels with two sleeping areas on the 1st and 3rd level.
It has, on the 2nd level, a large living room of 35 square meters (American kitchen, dining room living room)
The house is through with three windows overlooking the bell tower, two of which overlook the sea (bedrooms and kitchen) and two balconies, one of which overlooks Fort Saint Elne and the Tour de la Massane (hinterland).

Summary: My wife and I stayed for a week here. The property is in an outstanding location in town and near the beach. The property is great, with everything we needed. It’s a lovely old building, plenty of character in the hubbub of the village. I would recommend to the owners that it’s probably time to update the kitchen, bathrooms and furniture as these are showing their age now…we never managed to get the grill to work as the oven is pretty tricky to figure out! Some of the pots and pans are a bit beyond their life too 😂. The place is generally very clean. Only comment is the oven hood was gross! The switches a sticky with grease and the filters are pretty greased up. We did get an unexpected visitor one day when an electrician let himself in. The property manager hadn’t been told by the owner about the appointment so she was as surprised as us when we told her! All in all, an excellent place to stay and good value. Hopefully the owners will invest in it to make it even better in future.
