Spacious lake house on road to Galmey cove at Pomme De Terre Lake. Public boat ramp 1000 feet from house. Ideal for fishing groups or family getaways. Rare property in the area with walk-out basement. Bedding and beds for 8, but plenty of room for additional air mattresses to be brought in. Additional amenities include ping pong, dart board, games, fish cleaning station, camp fire, smart TVs & wifi. Multiple outdoor living areas on 1.25 acre property. Plenty of Parking available. Dock in cove (signed liability waiver required). House is supplied with well water but five gallon drinking water dispenser is supplied in kitchen. Well water in Missouri can have a sulfur odor that generally lessens as the water is used. House is not directly on water. It is on the road to cove. Cove is approximately 1000 feet from house. U shaped platform dock in cove (signed liability waiver required for use). Parking for up to five vehicles and two boats on property. Plenty of public parking in cove. Queen bed in master, three twin beds (including bunk bed) in second bedroom, futon in living room, couch and love seat in basement. Kitchen is fully equipped, but has no dishwasher. Two full baths. Large front porch, screened in side porch, downstairs patio, fish cleaning station, and camp fire area. Guests have access to the whole house and dock, but not the garage or storage shed. Property is near Lucas Oil Speedway, Wheatland State Park, Triangle Convenience Store, Restaurants, Bars, Pomme De Terre Dam, and Shadow Lake public golf course. Owner is not local. Key available by lock box code. Code will be provided after rental agreement received, damage deposit, cleaning fee, and all rental fees are paid and 24 hours prior to check-in. Owner offers 20% discount of nightly rental charge to primary renters who are first responders (Highway patrol, police, EMT, and fire), active duty military, or veterans. Booking of the property must be with the primary renter for the discount to apply and owner requires some kind of proof of service/employment. Owner offers 10 % discount to repeat customers. Repeat customer discount cannot be combined with first responder/military discount.
