Summary: I've stayed in many VRBOs, but Kim takes the medal for best host. She is interested in her guests having what they need during their stay and enjoying the Crystal River adventure. The kitchen is beautiful, and the baths have been remodeled. It is a nice, clean, basic home. We did experience some negatives, however. The living room furniture is well past its prime. We were unable to find a comfortable way to sit on the sectional sofa, which is the only seating in the living room. Also, the air vent is directly overhead when in bed in the master bedroom. Although it was closed, the air blew directly on my face when I was in bed, most annoying. An air vent deflector would prevent that problem.Crystal River is a lovely area with a quaint, charming downtown area. We enjoyed our adventures there.
