Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of multiple families (5 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful experience. As the picture shows, the unit was right off Sundance slope and made it incredibly easy for everyone to ski down in the morning so the kids could join their group lessons while the adults had their own fun. With the Village Market and gondola walking distance (or a short ride) away, we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go...this was a prime location. The unit itself was very clean and spread out allowing for privacy when you wanted it. The kitchen was comfortable for all 8 of us to eat and prepare meals and the hot tub was a very comfortable and useful. The management company quickly responded to a couple questions we had to help enhance our experience. If I had to say one thing less positive about the property is that there were a lot of stairs, but that was not a problem for us and adults and kids had no trouble moving throughout the house.
