Bungalow 27 Cala d'Or is a unique and different place to spend your holidays in Mallorca, dearly at the beach. The Bungalow (or apartment) is located in Cala d'Or, a town belonging to the municipality of Santanyí, located in the southeast of the island, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. This municipality borders with Campos, Ses Salines and Felanitx. Porto Colom, with a census population of just over 3800 inhabitants, is surrounded by small tourist towns such as Cala Ferrera or Porto Petro, which are a great attraction to visit by tourists. Likewise, in the town of Santanyí we can find all kinds of shops where to make the purchase and a good offer of Bars and Restaurants where you can have a drink or eat some typical dishes of the island. The municipality also has some of the best beaches in Mallorca such as Cala Esmeralda, Cala Llombards or Playa de s'Amarador. The Bungalow is located less than 1 minute walk from the beach of Cala d'Or and less than 10 minutes from some of the aforementioned. The Bungalow is located in an area of calm and tranquility. Since the area is frequented by families and groups looking for a quiet holiday in Mallorca Outside the house there is a large 12m shared pool where you can take a bath in summer and refresh your body. There are also sunbeds where you can sunbathe, three umbrellas and an outdoor table with chairs where you can have a drink. The house has a nice living room that has two sofas, a TV and a standing table. It has a very good natural lighting throughout the house thanks to its windows and glass doors to the outside. The kitchen has everything necessary so that the most amateurs can make their best dishes: refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee makers, dishwashers, etc. All accompanied by a beautiful wooden decoration that have the furniture. In the area of rooms the villa has everything necessary to offer accommodation for up to five (5) people. Once again, the importance that has been given to natural light is taken into account. All rooms have a bright window or a door to the outside. If we want to go for a nap by simply closing the blinds and the curtains the room becomes completely dark. Finally there is a large terrace overlooking the beach where you can completely relax reading a book, listening to music or simply letting ourselves be carried away by the sounds of nature.
