Just steps to the beach from the front door (under 4 minute walk)!!! - BEST VALUE FOR YOUR DOLLAR - This condo is a spacious 750 square ft space, first floor condo directly by the waterway and pool, with newer whicker/coastal furniture, tile floors all throughout, and attached Florida sunroom that includes additional queen bed. This unit can accommodate up to 6 people (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Queen Size Sleeper Sofa). The kitchen is equipped with everyday cooking essentials and unit is fully stocked with linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels. Unit includes hairdryer, blender, toaster, regular coffee makers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, iron, and ironing board. Bonus bar space and counter between dining and living rooms.
Enjoy being steps away from the inter-coastal waterway where you can fish. This unit has fishing poles for adults, kids, and a tackle box with supplies. These are there as a convenience. At times they are reported broken or in need of string and fishing hooks. Guests are responsible for stringing and hooking their own poles. Must adhere to fishing laws and at your own risk. A beautiful under-crowded beach, a heated pool, and barbecue grills on site. Boat slips available for extra minimum nightly rental rate and boat ramp within 1 mile away. Coined laundry is conveniently located on the first floor of Building B on the North end of the building, as well as on the second floor of the building. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and entertainment, including miniature golf. The complex is near Salt Rock Grill restaurant and Smugglers Cove mini golf. Parking lot conveniently located right outside unit door (ONE parking pass provided, additional parking options). The pool is right outside the second unit door.
