1st Floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with beautiful views of both Old River and easy deeded access across street to Gulf of Mexico. There is a light at the crosswalk and south of this location. There is a designated boardwalk to access the beach. The boaters will love this location, but so will the beach goers!! This one has everything that you need. 2 pools, tennis courts and room to fish on Ole River. Fully furnished with a king in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom. Whether you are looking for a weekend get away to a month or more stay, be sure to check out Wind Drift 114N!
On Old River, exactly 1 mile west of Flora-Bama. Tons of nearby restaurants and shopping.
Parking passes must be purchased online through HOA Website pass per stay plus applicable fees. Parking instructions will be sent upon booking.
Boat slip / Boat yard fee is $50 per day or $300 per week and not included with rental. Guests must register and get boat passes at Waves Association Managements office. It is recommended to call and get the boat spot as soon as booked but min of 7 days in advance to confirm spot.
