In bedroom #2, you'll find a luxurious king-size bed, while bedroom #3 is a delightful space for the kids with two twin over twin bunk beds. Another beautiful full bathroom and laundry facilities are at your disposal, ensuring all your needs are met.

Please note: Some guests have stated they do not like our neighborhood. We think it's great; however, we realize everyone has had different experiences. We have never had any issues or security concerns and want you to be comfortable in our home. If you have concerns or questions, we would be happy to talk to you and refund you if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
