Firenze recently welcomed a refresh this past Spring with newly refinished floors, repainted walls and trim, new beds, bedding, furniture, accessories, art, and more. Colors and décor now beckon you to come to step into coastal calm and relaxation and truly enjoy your time away at the beach. The home will comfortably accommodate 16 without the feeling of being overcrowded and the main living spaces are intentionally very open for your maximum enjoyment.
The deep 2-car garage and additional parking for 3-4 cars provides you ample room for vehicles. There is a ramp from the garage to the foyer with an elevator, creating accessibility for all, as well as easy transport of luggage and groceries to upper levels.
The foyer staircase leads to the 2nd level open game room. Enjoy a fun game of pool, or step outside to relax on the pool deck, or go for a refreshing swim!* This level has 4 bedrooms including a king suite, king guest room with adjoining hall bath, and a queen guest room, and a spacious king room sharing a full bath. Three of the four bedrooms have direct access to outdoor decks affording great views and relaxation. There is also a hall laundry room on this level.
Take the stairs up to the 3rd level and enter a large, open-plan living-dining area. French doors and windows grace the south wall, allowing memorable, unhindered views of the Gulf. The dining table seats 8 but can accommodate 10 and there is countertop dining for 4, making this a great gathering space. Relax before or after a meal in the comfortable seating area with a fireplace and large flat-screen TV, or unwind with a favorite book and beverage by the window seat.
This kitchen is the hub of activity from coffee to cuisine. It is well-appointed with plenty of kitchenware and storage and there is a large Viking range for preparing delicious, in-house coastal meals. There is also a Viking side by side frig, as well as a wine cooler and warming drawer. Step outside on the east deck if you like to grill out where you will find a large propane grill.
This level has a spacious master suite with a fireplace, walk-through closet, and bathroom. It has direct access to the east deck. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed and west viewing deck.
