With six bedrooms and five and a half baths, this charming home can comfortably accommodate up to 17 guests. Family reunion coming up? Heading on a business trip? As soon as you arrive, you will notice the home’s prominent setting, perched upon the sugary dunes that line the Emerald Coast. The interior of the home only adds to the beach vacation experience. Step into the first-floor foyer and ascend the stairs to the second level, which provides sleeping quarters, a game room, and access to the outdoor pool. This floor includes three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bath. An additional bedroom features a queen-size bed. The game room is a haven for kids and adults alike, with entertainment that includes billiards, foosball, and a TV. Move from indoor games to outdoor fun with ease, through the doors that lead to a veranda that boasts a pool and overlooks the Gulf. Upstairs on the third level, guests will find an open floorplan that features the living, kitchen, and dining areas. With large windows and doors that filter in the Florida sun, the entire floor radiates a light and airy feeling. The living area includes comfortable seating, TV, and glass doors that lead to a deck with Gulf-front views. Inside, the dining area includes a table with seating for ten, while the kitchen bar has additional seating for five. An additional two rooms are found on the third floor. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bath, and the guest room includes a cozy queen-size bed. It does not end here! Climb the stairs to the fourth-floor loft, and you will find a king-size bed, two twin beds with one twin trundle, and access to a rooftop balcony. Because of its convenient location, guests not only enjoy beachfront views, but also the charismatic and funky vibe of Grayton Beach.
