Very close to the famous Borgo Egnazia, Masseria Torre Coccaro and Masseria Torre Maizza. Available for guests 2 double bedrooms with independent entrance, bathroom, large living room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, outdoor bathroom with indoor shower, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, large terrace, 2 shaded patios and one sunny. The outdoor spaces are arranged on 3 different sides of the house allowing you to find your privacy at all times. It is equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, mixer, toaster, fireplace, heating, electric blankets, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, ping pong table, table football. We leave all common areas available to guests (swimming pool, lounge, living room, kitchen and all outdoor spaces).
It is our country house for which you will also find our 2 good and reserved cats and our 2 sweet bitches, so good to work as a pet therapist in schools and hospitals.
