Fully furnished rental in heart of Boulder. Lease terms are a bit flexible, but prefer approximately a one year lease starting May 17, 2020. ($3,200/month and includes utilities)
The unit is fully stocked with everything you need. Linens, towels, kitchenware, and other basic needs. (Unfortunately toilet paper and paper towels aren't included)
I am the owner of this two-story condo located in downtown Boulder only 1.5 blocks from dozens of shops, restaurants, and pubs along historic Pearl Street Mall. This fully-furnished 1255 sqft unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, remodeled kitchen/bath/floors, and plenty of sunlight. The home is one of four units in a four-plex with common courtyard, and grill.
I am a Super Host on the other site.
There are NO shared walls with other living spaces and neighbors are friendly and courteous.
One parking space is included and there is also a free (shared) washer and dryer.
Unit fits 3-4 people on a long term basis.
Layout:
-Beautiful hardwood floors through out the townhome, upstairs and downstairs.
-Working wood burning fireplace
-Leather chair, couch, and loveseat in the TV Room
-XL bean bag (CordaRoy) in the TV room
-Dinner table and bar table with 6 total seats
-(2) private bedrooms upstairs with (1) queen bed in each room
-Also (1) featherbed downstairs (CordaRoy)
-(1) good sized closet in each bedroom
-(1) chest of drawers in each bedroom

-New 46" HDTV mounted over fireplace with adjustable arm
-Satellite cable
-New powerful 5.1 surround sound home theater system connected for awesome TV and movie audio
-DVD player with approximately 20 movies in my library
-Personal Wifi
-Microwave range, dishwasher, pans/pots, cooking supplies, etc.
Your location is 1.5 blocks to Pearl Street Mall (restaurants, shopping, pubs), 5 blocks from the beautiful Boulder Creek Path, and 8 blocks from the University of Colorado campus. Daily bicycle rentals are also 2 blocks away and available 24/7.
Pets are negotiable. Smoking is prohibited on the property at all times.
