This 3 bedroom 2 full-bath home comes with all of the items needed for a summer rental; 4 adult beach passes (kids under 12 are free), 4 Tommy Bahama cooler backpack chairs, beach umbrellas, sand-less beach blanket and a beach cart to tote it all. When you are done with the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Looking to entertain while living the "finest" life in Long Beach..no problem! This house comes with an open concept main floor that includes a large kitchen and island that will seat 6, living room, dining room and an additional sitting room with a Roku ready TV. First floor bathroom and laundry.
Two large outdoor sitting areas; front porch and 40'x10' deck out back. The deck over looks a large yard with fire pit and additional seating area for those summer marshmallow roasting nights.
On the bedroom floor, enjoy either a ceiling fan for those cool summer nights or Central air conditioning, bed linens, towels. Finally, activities for kids and adults.
