You are invited to enjoy the two living rooms (20ft x 11ft) that allow your family to spread out and enjoy space to play games, watch devices, or rock the baby in the antique rocker. And the game room is basically Living Room #3 - on the lower level - and works as a playroom, rec room, gym room, kids room....whatever you want to call it. It includes an electric piano, mini-golf station, free weights plus yoga mat and balance balls, and more toys to enjoy indoors. The desk station can be used in the living room or there is a large room 8ft x 11ft in the storage area that could be converted to a private office for dedicated working time. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast, make snacks, or bake a birthday cake.
This home is a ranch home with all living spaces on the main level - making it perfect for anyone with mobility issues. Plus front entrance is only one step on the porch and the shower is almost zero-clearance (only 3 inch lip).
Located in a private neighborhood just 15 miles east of the airport or 15 miles north of Kansas City. It's in a cozy older area with well established neighbors. There are several stores within 10 minutes of the house.
The closest "landmark" is a public park called Hobby Hill Park - 5 minute walk (and definitely worth going to for the zip line, disc golf and walking trails).
