2 Bedroom House in Fornalutx
A traditional Mallorcan house with fantastic views of the mighty and beautiful Tramuntana Mountains and Soller valley with its citrus and olive groves. In a few minutes you will reach the small and cozy square in the middle of the village.
The entrance of the house consists of a welcoming hall. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms including the hall was renovated in 2020.
In 2020, we have also completely renovated the bathroom upstairs.
A beautiful stone staircase in the middle of the house leads down to the first floor with an open plan which consists of a kitchen area and a section for community and relaxation. Two patio doors lead out to the beautiful and shaded patio. There is a large dining area with barbecue. The shade is ideal for sitting for a long time and just enjoying the song of the birds, the bells of the sheep and the scent of all the citrus trees in Soller valley. Watching the sun rise and set over the mountains is a magical experience.
In 2017, we installed a completely new, fully equipped kitchen from IKEA with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, steam oven, oven (incl. hot air) and hob.
We also put new stone floor in traditional Mallorcan style.
In 2019, our toilet with shower and washing facilities was completed on the first floor.
In May 2018, our pool was also ready, a fantastic addition, especially on hot days.
There is also a hot water shower.
Also from the pool area the view is breathtaking.
Here you will rest comfortably on our sunbeds and enjoy being free and relaxing.
We want Fornalutx to remain the small quiet oasis it is today and respect our neighbors who live there all year round. We therefore ask you to note that the house and the pool are only for our paying guests and NO others.
