Finca Fantaxat is a well-furnished Spanish traditional style Finca enjoying a wonderful location in the countryside by Benissa, surrounded by almond trees and muscatel vineyards. Only 5 Min. drive from the center of Benissa, where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored together with breathtaking beaches and coves on the coast road between Calpe and Moraira, 15 km from the villa. Calpe is only 9 km away. The Finca offers unrivalled 360 degrees views from the refined countryside of the area, Ifach Rock and sea views, also provide a high degree of privacy.
Finca Fantaxat offers parking for 4 cars, which leads towards a spacious terrace, surrounding the private swimming pool, sunbeds, a built BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The location is a perfect choice for families in search of a refined and magic area. The Finca is a two-storey holiday home connected with internal stairs. We entered from the pool terrace to a large conservatory with an outside kitchen and TV, next to the BBQ and outside dining area.
From the cozy conservatory overlooking the pool area, we flow into another spacious living area/conservatory room with a Sat+TV+DVD+A/C unit, which leads to the nice living area, followed by a fully equipped kitchen. We continue to a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Stairs lead up to 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Finca Fantaxat encompasses everything that a Mediterranean style Finca needs and more.
