6 Bedroom House in Esporles
The main house is divided into two living areas, each with its own entrance. The midsection of the main building has a large dining room that offers space to gather up around the dining table, as well as a fireplace. Adjacent to this room, lies the large fully equipped kitchen with a cozy corner lounge and access to a rear terrace. The living room is decorated very tastefully and comes with a TV, a grand piano and another large fireplace. The majority of the rooms showcase beautiful exposed wooden beamed ceilings and traditional stone walls.
There are three bedrooms with double beds in the wings of this building. Two of them are right next to each other, which is perfect for families with small children. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and a fireplace.
A total of 6 people can be accommodated comfortably in the main house.
There are Air conditioning only in the bedrooms, not in the living spaces. One of the double bedrooms does not have air conditioning. This house also includes 3 safety-deposit boxes with keys.
On the other side of the center square lies the guest house with two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both rooms have their own entrance and a private bathroom. On the upper floor of the guest house is a separate apartment accessed by an outside stairway. The apartment consists of a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with a bathroom.
The exterior of the Finca Especial is set up wonderfully and offers an abundance of terraces and garden space inviting to lounge or dine. The private pool is spectacular with a bar, barbecue, and a pizza oven. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs scattered around the pool terrace. To top it all off, the views over the beautiful landscape surrounding the property are simply magnificent!
The internet is ADSL in this part of the village so you will not be on the fastest internet that you could have in the city.. we are still waiting (patiently) for MOVISTAR the local carrier to bring the Optic Fiber to this part of Esporles. In the meantime, we have internet mostly in the main house. Thank you for your patience !
