Summary: Old property, needing refreshing and a remodeled bathroom. Caulk around tub shrinking and black mold evident. Flooring uneven, carpet dirty. TV good, wifi average. Refrigerater worked. Poor bedside lights, couldn't see to read. Mattress very hard, ac unit kept room cool.
