This beautiful Villa is located in a privileged place 5 minutes from Santa Pola. I
The villa has a tennis court, swimming pool and private barbecue, with a large garden, great for celebrations. Changing rooms with a bathroom is located in the pool area, without the need to enter the villa. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the the rest of the house, is ideal during hot weather. Inside we can find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with island and dining room, laundry room, main dining room and gazebo and a second living room with stunning fireplace, bathroom and two bedrooms, another games room with table.
The villa overlooks the beautiful garden with native plants and a pine forest area, and covered garage, but the plot has for 10 vehicles. On the ground floor it has two ascents with stairs on the opposite sides that go up to the first floor in one of the they 2 rooms with balcony and bathroom en suite and an independent bathroom, the main one, in the other staircase 3 bedrooms one of them with bathroom en suite, a completely renovated villa and ideal to spend your holidays with family or friends, they can also have celebrations.

Summary: Arrived in the dark & struggled to open the electric gate – fob in the key safe! The 24-hour WhatsApp didn’t respond for 12-hrs. Villa lovely, although had major issues - electricity blew multiple times/day for 5 days first week. No response from WhatsApp (no number to call) - host was quick with emails. Said to reset meters but wouldn’t work. One night, this stopped working & had electricity only for fridges & fans (few worked). No air con in August was uncomfortable. Asked for additional fans - never came. After several asks, host sent an electrician who said we shouldn’t be flicking fuses on so often & said we were lucky not to have had a fire! Replaced box & we no problems for the rest of the stay. Large utility room & 2nd fridge freezer. Lots of supplies in kitchen, filtered tap & bottle of Rioja from the hosts. No oven gloves & one blunt knife. High spec villa; few scuffed walls & outside garden lights don’t work. No cleaner in 15 days stay & requested extra pool cleans as quickly turned murky. White clothes turned yellow. Pool temperature was great. Need taxis or hire car to get around as it is a decent walk into Santa Pola. Tried to book taxi - contacted 5 firms, none recognised address or had cars free. Uber – no chance! Lots of mosquitos & wasps – don’t walk on the grass in bare feet! Recycling & waste bins close to the villa - take all your own rubbish as there is not a collection.
