Summary: Wohnung liegt in einem großem Wohnblock mit normalen Miet- oder Eigentumswohnungen, PKW-Parkplatz ist FeWO zugeordnet, FeWo geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, wirklich nur für maximal 2 Personen geeignet, Balkon geht auf Waldrand, dahinter Bundestrasse nach Dänemark, kein Blick auf die Förde von FeWO aus; sehr sauberer, kostenloser Strand in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung, mit DLRG-Überwachung, ruhige, entspannte Lage; schöne Wanderrouten (Strand, Wald) in unmittelbarer Umgebung, sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung (Bus, auch Nachtbus) nach Flensburg (ca. 10 min bis Hafen); in Wassersleben außer dänischem Kaufhaus (v.a. Spirituosen und Süßigkeiten) leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber zwei gute Restaurants und ein Café direkt in Wassersleben; insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen
