Just two blocks to the beach! This pet friendly, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome is the ideal location for your next beach getaway! The living area is open and full of natural light with plenty of space to relax after a fun-filled day of island activities. There is a half-bath with washer and dryer located on the main level. A large dining area that sits six overlooking the private, fenced patio area and adjacent to the fully furnished galley style kitchen. The two bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The main bedroom provides a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a private balcony. The secondary bedroom provides two bunk beds with a double bed on the lower level a twin bed on the upper level. Both bedrooms have TVs, and ceiling fans. Wi-Fi is included with this property as well as one reserved parking space (there is visitor parking). The complex provides plenty of green space, a private pool, club house, tennis courts and designated parking for RV's, trailers and boats.
1 pet up to 25 lbs is allowed with nonrefundable pet fee. Any discovery of pets brought without pet fee or exceeding weight limit are subject to up to $500 in fees.
Rates vary depending on the time of year and are subject to change at anytime. Call for Snowbird rates December through February.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
**This property is dog friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions. Please note: Non-Refundable dog fee applies - maximum of 1 dog allowed. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
