Positive: Nice and cosy appartment in the basement of the owner's house. Very homely feeling. Residental area, very quiet and safe. Everything prepared for your stay, every little detail is designed for your comfort. Very clean, good big bathroom. Thomas, the host, was really helpful, navigated us to the parking, put our bikes in his garage, etc. He served us coffee in the morning:)
Negative: For us it was absolutely fine. But remember that you are sharing the house with the owners, so you don't have a separate entrance and you are not completely isolated from the family. But the owner respects your privacy and is a very relaxed person, so you feel like a guest, not a customer.
