Negative: although the host was wonderful and handed me the keys upon arrival. i preffer if the keys is given other was because when people visit austria the dont really know when will they arrive to their accommodation so its not easy for the host to wait for people to hand the keys. and it wont feel pleasent fot the people to make the host wait.
