Die Wohnung mit 50qm Wohnfläche und schöner Terrasse für maximal zwei Personen befindet sich in guter und ruhiger Wohnlage am Ortsrand, ca. 400m von einem umfangreichen Waldgebiet entfernt. Schöne Wanderwege und eine Langlaufloipe befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. In den Ort sind es ca. 10min zu Fuß über eine beidseitig bebaute Straße. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind ausreichend vorhanden. Kulturelle Veranstaltungen gibt es im Kurhaus mit Terrassenbeschwirtschaftung im Kurpark. Zwei Freibäder in Bad Liebenzell und Höfen sind ca. 8 bzw. 6km entfernt. Ebenfalls befindet sich im ca. 8km entfernten Bad Liebenzell ein Thermalbad.
