Positive: Location, quiet house, free parking, one sharp kitchen knife, good bed, locked bicycle garage, good boke routes for cyclists..The is the first such apartment where at least one kitchen knife was useful. In other places all have been dull or otherwise no good..
Negative: The washing machine was in the basement, not in the kitchen as was said in the apartment description. No bike rental, although it was advertised in the description. The owner seem not have arranged it at all, and one renter nearby had stopped the service. The ceiling lights in the kitchen blinked, it looks like a fault in the wiring becaus it varied which lamp blinked. When reporting it to the owner, he replied that it will be fixed when I am gone. I stayed for two weeks, so had to live with the disco light for the period..If the fault is in the wiring inside the ceiling the chances are that it will not be fixed.
Summary: Good alternative to a hotel when working in a project in Leuma chemical park..
