Positive: Nice quiet location. Close to a grocery store. Nice location to tour the area from. Tons to see and do.
Negative: Here's our thoughts on our apartments. It would appear that the owners put a lot of thought and care in outfitting and appointing their apartments. I think when they would have been new, guests would have gone, WOW, this place is wonderful! But it would seem that after developing our 2 apartments, that as soon as things broke our needed replacing due to wear and tear, not much has been done. The apartments were starting to feel a bit run down. I mean we enjoyed our stay very much and the price was reasonable. But the apartment could use a face lift. The owner/manager was very pleasant.
Summary: Nice location, reasonable price, apartments could use some up keep.
