Der große Wohn-/Koch- und Essbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon verfügt über Fußbodenerwärmung und fällt zunächst durch seine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl- und Gefrierschrank auf und harmoniert mit den Glastischen im Wohn- und Essbereich. Durch die Lederstühle im Essbereich und der Ledergarnitur im Wohnbereich wirkt das Ganze besonders edel. Dieses wird durch den großen Wandspiegel und den Flachbildschirm abgerundet. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, davon eines wiederum mit direktem Zugang zum großen Balkon. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, einem Kleiderschrank sowie zwei Nachttischen und einem Wäschekorb ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Kleiderschrank und zwei Nachttischen ausgestattet. Das helle Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und verwöhnt mit Fußbodenheizung, Handtuchheizung und einem großen Fenster, das die Sonne ins Bad lockt.
