Unsere neu erbaute Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stockwerk unseres Hauses. Das schöne Appartement mit hohen Räumen ist ca. 70 qm groß. Der Wohn- und Essbereich bietet großen Komfort mit einer hochwertigen Einbauküche, Kaffeemaschine, Flachbildschirm und Fußbodenheizung. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten). Die gemütliche Einrichtung lädt zum Entspannen ein. An der Südseite unserer Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein großzügiger Balkon mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Für die Kinder gibt es im Garten eine große Spielwiese mit Spielplatz und großes Trampolin (5,00m). Die Spielwiese schließt direkt an das Naturschutzgebiet 'Riedbachtal' an. Die Ferienwohnung auf unserem Bauernhof (Hund, Katzen, Hühner und Schweine) besticht durch ihre idyllische Alleinlage inmitten von Feldern und Wiesen, umgeben vom Naturschutzgebiet „Riedbachtal“. Der Blick vom Mössinger Albtrauf, über den Hohenzollern, den Balinger Bergen, unserem Plettenberg dem „schwäbischer Tafelberg“ bis zum Lemberg, ist einzigartig. Hier ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Walking, Fahrrad und Mountainbike fahren. Die Zollernalb ist ein Geheimtipp für alle Natur- und Wanderfreunde. In unmittelbarer Nähe verlaufen Premiumwanderwege wie die Traufgänge und der neue Schlichemwanderweg. Außerdem kann im Winter auf vielen Loipen in der näheren Umgebung, die schöne Landschaft auf Langlaufskiern erlebt werden. Selbst Ski Alpin kann an mehreren Liften betrieben werden. Der neue Dormettinger Schiefererlebnispark mit einem Fossilienklopfplatz, großem Abenteuerspielplatz mit See und Restaurant, laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Metropolen der Region, Balingen und Rottweil sind beide innerhalb 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Selbst an den Bodensee, oder zur Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart reichen eine Stunde Fahrzeit aus.
