Ein KFZ / Motorradabstellplatz steht in der Tiefgarage ausschliesslich unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Ideale Geographische Lage im Dreieck zwischen Freiburg, Triberg u. Titisee. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ortsmitte, zentral, ca. 200 m bis zur Kurverwaltung für Infos, Museum, kath. Wallfahrtskirche u. ÖPNV, 30 m über die Strasse zum "Landfrauen Kaffee - zur Goldenen Krone". St.-Märgen liegt im Herzen des Hochschwarzwaldes in der Nähe zu Titisee, Schluchsee sowie zum Feldberg und zum Kandel, ebenso wie zur Stadt Freiburg i.Brsg. mit vielen Sehenswürdigeiten. Weitere, gut eingeführte Restaurants und Gasthäuser sind fussläufig in gut erreichbarer Nähe, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Motorradfahrer sind herzlich Willkommen. (Glockengeläut ist nachst abgeschaltet) Bei klarer Fernsicht haben Sie Ausblicke bis zum Feldberg. Die Wohnung bietet ein Doppelbett (ca.2,00*2.00)im Schlafzimmer sowie eine Schlafgelegenheit auf einem zustellbaren Klappbett (0,90*2,00) mit vollwertiger Federkernmatratze für eine weitere Person bis ca. 100Kg. Die Wohnung ist modern, teilweise mit Design-Ausstattungen eingerichtet. Die von der Durchgangsstrasse abgewandte Süd-Ost-Ecklage, bietet Ruhe sowie schöne Belichtungsverhältnisse. 1 Balkon befindet sich vor Kü u. Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite, während der 2 Balkon sich auf der Südseite befindet - dieser ist überdacht; beide stehen exclusiv den Mietern zur Verfügung. In Anbetracht der vorhanden Balkone ist die Nichtraucher-Wohnung durchaus auch für rücksichtsvolle Raucherinnen u. Raucher geeignet. Die einzeilige moderne EBKüche hat einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriefach, ein Kocherd mit einem Ceran-Kochfeld, einem Backofen mit Grill sowie eine Spüle mit Abfallbehältern zur Mülltrennung. Ausserdem ist die Küche mit einer Mikro-Welle, einem el.Mixer, el. Kontakt- u. Tischgrill, div. Kaffee-Maschinen, Tee-Aufbrühgerät, El.-Wasserkocher, el. Toaster etc. sowie einer küchenüblichen Kleinausstattung bestückt. Bettwäsche, Hand- u. Küchentücher befinden sich in der Wohnung. El. Staubsauger, div.
