Schmitzebrinks Ferienwohnung liegt in Nordrhein-Westfalen im Märkischen Kreis, direkt an der Grenze zum Oberbergischen Kreis in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Zur Ortsmitte nach Kierspe benötigen Sie circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, ebenso nach Marienheide oder Wipperfürth. Der nächste Bahnhof befindet sich in Marienheide, 9 Kilometer entfernt von unserer Ferienwohnung. Einen Parkplatz für Ihr Auto ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Unser Garten steht Ihnen zum Grillen, Chillen oder Sonnenbaden natürlich zur Verfügung. Rad- und Wanderkarten der Umgebung liegen für bereit. Wir bieten Ihnen auf Wunsch auch einen Brötchen-Service, sowie einen Hol-und Bringdienst zum Bahnhof, oder zum Wanderweg-Einstieg und auch einen Gepäcktransport zur nächsten Unterkunft. Hunde sind in der Wohnung erlaubt, wenn sie nicht mit auf dem Sofa oder im Bett liegen. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um das Sauerland, aber auch das Bergische Land kennen zu lernen. In der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu entdecken: u.a. das Bakelit-Museum, die Historische Brennerei und die Rönsahler Brauerei, das Strandbad, in dem Sie an heißen Sommertagen, als Mitglied des Strandbadvereins, verweilen können und es gibt viele schöne Wander- und Radwanderwege. Wipperfürth ist nicht weit entfernt, hat eine nette Kneipenlandschaft und bietet einige kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Und auch Lüdenscheid bietet einiges:zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Stern-Center, die Phänomenta ist ein spannendes Mitmach-Museum, das Saunadorf lädt zum Entspannen und und und. Größere Städte wie Köln oder Dortmund im Ruhrgebiet sind mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde gut zu erreichen.

Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Sofa als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Ein Flachbild-TV, DVDs und Hörbücher, sowie eine Stereoanlage sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine nette Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern eignen sich auch mal, wenn das Wetter nicht ideal für Ausflüge ist. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Ceranfeld und Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster sowie mit einem Raclette-Gerät ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gibt es Waschbecken, Dusche, WC und Handtuchtrockner. Ein Fön ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung untergebracht, nebst Flügeltrockner. Im Sommer gibt es auch eine Wäschespinne im Garten.
