Der Flusshof ist ein ökologisch saniertes Bauernhaus auf 1,6 ha Grundstück im Biosphärenreservat an der Elbe. Wiesen und der Elbdeich mit dem Fernradweg begrenzen das Grundstück. Lehmputz, Holz und Naturstein sorgen für ein Wohnklima, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Wandflächen- und Fußbodenheizung sowie ein großer Specksteinofen, der auch das Kuchenbacken ermöglicht, sorgen für Wärme. Das Haus wurde von außen originalgetreu, von innen mit moderner Technik energetisch sinnvoll saniert. Das Haus bietet 16 Betten und 8 Zustellbetten oder Schlafsessel in 7 Schlafzimmern. Die Scheunenwohnung im Nachbargebäude kann separat gemietet werden (5 Betten, bis zu 3 Zustellbetten). Das große Grundstück ist mit hölzernen Gartenstühlen, -tischen, Sonnenliegen und -schirmen ausgerüstet. Teich, alte Bäume, Grill und Lagerfeuerplatz vor der Kulisse bezaubernder Sonnenuntergänge machen die Romantik perfekt. Der Fähranleger nach Havelberg liegt auf der anderen Deichseite hinter den Flutwiesen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man über ein autofreies Radwegenetz in der Region mobil. Besonders der einsam gelegene Badesee in zwei km Entfernung ist das begehrte Ziel unserer Sommergäste, aber auch in der Elbe kann an weißen Stränden wunderbar gebadet werden. Ausflüge auf der Straße der Romanik nach Havelberg oder in die Hansestadt Werben, Kanutouren auf der Elbe oder der Havel seien nur als Beispiel für mögliche Aktivitäten genannt. Der Flusshof liegt zwar einsam, darf dennoch nicht mit einem Festival-Gelände verwechselt werden. In der absoluten Stille der Gegend fällt laute Musik auf, der Schall wird weit getragen, die Nachbarn möchten nicht gestört werden - Musik muss nach 22 Uhr auf Hoflautstärke reduziert werden.
