Positive: Christine and her husband are the loveliest people and perfect hosts. We got a tour around the apartments and were shown where we can store ski and snowboard, and the view is just awesome.
Negative: Unfortunately, I booked these apartments kinda blindsightedly and was fooled by "350m to cable car" indicator from Booking. It is true, I just missed that it's not the cable car we needed to go skiing: the one we needed is 15 mins away by bus or 35 mins of walking away. If you want to ski on Zugspitze, add another 75 mins by train to get there. I think this apartment is perfect for visiting GaPa and hiking, but I can recommend it to stay for skiing only if you have a car. Unfortunately, we did not.
Summary: Both apartments and hosts are just perfect.
