Summary: Just returned from a lovely few days at this hotel. I chose the all inclusive option for me and my daughter and my family met us there. The buffet food was delicious and fresh if a little repetitive. Would have been nice to have a bit of variety especially in the dessert options and more options for children as there were mainly families there. I can’t get over how friendly the staff are here. From the bar staff to the wait staff everyone has a smile on their face and makes an effort to engage you and the children in conversation. The entertainment was great for the children too and my niece was really taken with the entertainment staff and the kids club. While it isn’t the most polished hotel the extras such as a playground, three miniature ponies and a veg patch for children to engage with were amazing! The rooms are a little tired and could use a refresh but that said, we’d definitely return! I would suggest that they should add mirrors to the rooms and provide plastic cutlery and plates for children.
