Just a short walk to the beach, this two story home offers five bedrooms and two full baths. Partially remodeled, it is located on a canal and has a a large open deck.
Central air conditioning with separate thermostats on each level.
The amenities inside include a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and Comcast Xfinity highspeed Internet. TV room has basic cable and two bedrooms have smart TV's. Sleeper sofa in TV room.
Outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. With an outdoor gas grill, kayak, fishing gear and surfboards, there is everything to make your beach trip memorable.
Off street parking for 4 cars.
Dock for your boat. Centrally located so you can take advantage of everything Fenwick has to offer. Great spot for the crew to spend a week, or more! Sleeps 11.

Summary: Great location, much larger than it appears from the pictures and very responsive host! We stayed here for a long weekend get away and had a great time despite the weather. I had trouble with the VRBO app and contacted the owner directly about arrival details. He responded quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
