Situated on the ground floor of a house in a quiet area, 600 metres from the sea and close to the centre and the shops. Big terrace with a small sea view. Air conditioning.
The apartment has several rooms. As you go in, there is an entrance hall/bedroom with an armchair, small table, double pull-down bed, drawers and clothes rack, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are all together with direct access to the outside terrace. Lovely lounge-dining room with dining table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and cupboards. Open kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and tableware.
