Treat yourself to a break with a view of the countryside. In a rural idyll you will find this Fehnhaus, lovingly renovated in 2018 and comfortably furnished. You expect 123 sqm rest. Start the day with breakfast on the spacious sun terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun into the evening hours. The terrace is protected from the wind by an ensemble of hedges, bushes and flowers. A habitat for many birds and insects, which you can watch in peace in their busy life. Find your "favorite place" here. Alternatively, you can explore the numerous bike paths in the picturesque Ostfriesland region by bike. Or you can take day trips to the East Frisian Islands. The surrounding area also offers attractive further excursion possibilities. A relaxing and varied holiday is waiting for you. Dream in three individually decorated bedrooms ,,, • under a canopy with a view of the garden or • in white with a view of the starry sky or • in a generous width with a view of the treetops. The non-visible wind protected terrace has a south exposure. Garden furniture is of course available. You can park your car in the carport. Here is also the side entrance to the house. The Fehnhaus is surrounded by a well-tended garden. In addition, a large meadow (partly with fruit trees) is present. The object is a Non smoking house. The barbecue is not allowed for fire protection reasons. Unfortunately you can not currently enjoy Wi-Fi included in the Fehnhaus Janke. The first steps for the new fiber optic cable are already done. The remaining work will probably be done in 2019. I am looking forward to your visit.

The Fehnhaus consists of two parts of the building in which the upper floor can be reached via a charming wooden staircase. On the ground floor of your holiday home you will find: • large bright living-dining room with terrace access (TV via satellite) • small bedroom with French bed (140 cm x 200 cm with a latex mattress) and an adjustable slatted frame • fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster , Senseo, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, egg cooker, oven) • large bathroom (shower, bath, washing machine, hair dryer) • separate toilet with daylight • hall with cloakroom • large storage room (here is space for bicycles) The upper floor holds You ready: • large bedroom (bed 180 cm x 200 cm with two mattresses) • small bedroom (bed 90 cm x 200 cm with a mattress) • dressing room with large wardrobe • small bathroom (shower, toilet) In almost all rooms (except Bathroom, storage room) fly screens are attached to the windows. Outside is the non-visible wind-sheltered terrace facing south. Garden furniture is of course available. You can park your car in the carport. Here is also the side entrance to the house. Our little guests can enjoy: • Stair gate in the upper area to the bedrooms on the floor • High chair made of wood • Baby bed (60x120) with mattress and bed linen • Various play equipment • Extra cot for outdoor use (so your little darling does not explore the garden independently ) The linen package includes bed linen, a bath towel and two small towels. So that you do not have to start your vacation with a purchase, you will find a small basic equipment for the first days: • Dishwasher tablets • Dishwashing utensils • Dishcloth • Napkins / kitchen towels • Coffee filters • Toilet paper • Trash bag shower templates, soap and a towel in the toilet are included. In and around the house are (small) steps. The object is a Non smoking house. The barbecue is not allowed for fire protection reasons. I wish you a nice and relaxing stay.
