Summary: We stayed from Sunday to Sunday. Check in was seamless with easy access to the gated community. We were also given a complimentary early check in which was very nice. Great locstion to Universal Studios. Home was spacious and accommodating; however, on our first night there, someone stopped by to drop of things in the home and remove gate from pool area. Also,on our first night in the home we noticed what I call "Kitchen Roaches" coming out from under the sink in the island. What I mean is these were not water roaches, they were the small roaches. They were crawling on the countertop and across the floor. I messaged management and they agreed to have someone come out and spray the next day while we were out for the day. We noticed after that, the roaches were less and less and dieing but by Friday evening the roaches were back. In my opinion, if the roach situation is gotten under control, it would be a great place for vacation.
