6 Bedroom House in Duck
Located a mile and a half north of the village of Duck, Duck Beach Treehouse sits in a quiet seaside neighborhood. The house features four bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths and two new queen size pull out sofas. The entire home has been remodeled in 2018 and we continue to make improvements every year. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax by the heated pool or in the hot tub. Enjoy views of the Atlantic ocean and amazing sunsets over Currituck sound from the top deck.

- Sheets, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and beach towels included.
- Pool heat is $300/week or $50/day for shorter stays.

- No carpet! Hardwood floors throughout except for the first floor, bathrooms and laundry room. They have tile.
- 4 bedrooms - 2 king size bedrooms, with en suite and private deck.

- Dining room table sits 8, breakfast nook sits 4 and bar sits 3.
- Ceiling fans in every room with six speeds and remote control.
- 7 flat screen TVs with Roku and streaming services.
- Wireless internet. Mesh system with wired ethernet backhaul to avoid dead spots.
- Gigabit internet with Wi-Fi speeds greater than 500mbs, peak speeds 750mbs+.
- Outdoor shower.
- One gas (SS Weber Spirit S-315). 2 propane tanks on site.
- Private heated pool and 5 person (60 jets) hot tub.
- Golf cart that sits 4/5. Turn down back seat for transporting your stuff to the beach with ease. Beach access is a 2 minute ride, if that, and provides parking.
- We provide 6+ beach chairs, 6x6 beach canopy, 50 quart/84 cans cooler with wheels and handle for guests, electric pump (inflate/deflate) for inflatables. There are some pool toys and boogie boards.
