About this Space
Beautiful 3 bedroom home in a quite & peaceful neighbourhood at the base of the Illawarra escarpment. Only 2 mins drive from the beach or 10 minute walk and numerous walking tracks.
You are spoiled for choice of beautiful beaches – they are all amazing, patrolled and never crowded.
The area is extremely quite and peaceful. The house is only 2 years old and very loved.
Just a short 5-10 min stroll down to the main street where you will find an RSL club and lots of restaurant options.
For those that like to walk or ride bikes there is a 15 km bike track that traces the coastline from Thirroul in the North to Belmore Basin in the south. Or for those that like to climb there are numerous tracks. ‘Sublime Point’ is a must, boasting amazing views of the coast once you reach the peak.
The Name
Fayetta means ‘Little fairy’ over the past two years we have lovingly cultivated a garden which is full of fairies especially created for all the little people that come to stay here. At night the garden lights up and the fairies come out to play☺

All areas are air-conditioned with one large open plan living space combining kitchen, dining and TV area which spills out to an undercover back verandah and BBQ area.

The property has driveway parking and ample street parking as we are on a corner block.
All living areas are downstairs, and bedrooms are upstairs.
Child friendly home with a cot, high chairs and for safety a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs.
