The property comprises two residences that stand alone at the edge of the bay, both of which are listed on account of their special architectural and historic interest. Further below is a flat, tree-shaded area that is ideal for sunbathing, while a stone-paved path leads down to a small sitting area with an umbrella and a stainless steel ladder to the sea, shared by both properties. Another footpath leads to the point of the bay, a great place to sit and watch the sunset.
The upper residence (Faros Guest House) is connected with the lower one by an electric cart for transporting belongings and supplies. Two verandas look out over the sea, one with a pergola and a seemingly endless view of the Aegean. It has a large airy bedroom with a/c, a sitting room with two sofas that can be converted also into two single beds to accomodate two guests with direct access to outdoor bathroom and veranda. On another level a kitchen with dining table. Adjacent to the main bedroom is a bathroom that connects also externally with the rest of the house.
