It has excellent sun exposure and is surrounded by lawned garden of good size (about 500 m2) and surrounded vegetation and pine trees. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 young people and the rates can be adjusted according to the number of occupants
The villa is inserted in farm / rustic farm with wooded area of pines and eucalyptus provided rest areas and pedestrian walks. The location is very quiet and suitable for family holiday / friends and children.
