- Alleyway access and driveway are narrow and shared with the cottage: larger cars/trucks/SUVs will be extremely challenging to park, street parking 100 yards away is available
- Located in “Funky Leucadia” with an automotive shop and nursery nearby mixed in with restaurants and shops
- I understand I am not renting the entire property, just the main house and there may be guests (with a possible pet) in the Cozy Retro Cottage which is separate but on the property
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.
Fire up the BBQ and grill a fresh dinner, organize a foosball tournament, play pool games, chat by the spa or fireplace or hang out for a family movie night. We have it all and a fully fenced yard so we are perfectly suited for families with pets. Although the beach is super close as a crow flies, the walk there is suited best for older kids, teens and adults. The .5 mile walk to Grandview and Beacons requires walking along the iconic coastal highway 101 and there aren't sidewalks so if you have little ones, it is best to drive. The property was recently immaculately furnished and we are excited to welcome guests. The pool/spa are private to the main house with an optional pool heating fee of $75/day with a 4 day minimum. Using and heating the spa is complimentary. The pool, spa, fireplace and yoga deck are private to the main house only. The only shared space is the driveway. The main house gets 2 tandem spots on the left AND the single car garage and the Cottage gets the 2 tandem spots on the right side of the driveway.
