18th century Farm House in the village of Flixton. The house has 4 bedrooms which can accommodate 9 people comfortably, with the benefit of a ground floor bedroom, perfect for multi-generational living. There is parking available for 3 cars and free on street parking.
We are located close to a popular village public house which serves food. Ideally placed between the seaside towns of Scarborough and Filey, and 40 minutes drive from York. Beautiful countryside perfect for walkers and cyclists.
The space
The farmhouse has a range cooker in the stylish dining kitchen. There is a log burner in the comfortable lounge with a welcome pack of logs and kindling. The dining room seats ten and boasts a large selection of books for both adults and children and a large selection boardgames. The sunroom has seating plus an additional TV, computer console, DVD's and blue tooth speaker. A perfect additional space for a large family. In summer there is use of a BBQ and table and chairs. Towels and linen are provided as well as some toiletry essentials. Relax and enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine.

Summary: Beautiful property really easy to get too. A nice complementary bottle of wine was left for us. Clear instructions on how to enter the property. Really good size kitchen. Beautifully decorated throughout. Nice little local pub 4mins walk . 20 mins drive to filey. Definitely will go back.
