On the ground floor you will find an entrance with storage space. A small alcove with piano and WC. Two bedrooms with separate shower room and toilet, and the other with toilet. The kitchen is with the adjoining dining room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet and the other with a toilet. Large relaxation area with TV (No TV channels) and billiards, reading corner. Outside, you will have a large terrace with dining table, swimming pool with deckchair and artificial pond.
