This romantic 4 bedroom villa (Spanish finca) with a 12x6x2.1 m private swimming pool is located between the port town of Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca and is only 3 km from the sea and the bay and its beautiful beach. Finca Kiko Grande is situated in a slightly elevated position in an exclusive residential area in the north of Mallorca between the charming old towns of Pollenca and Alcudia. Formentor and the beaches of Alcudia can be reached in just 7 minutes. The Villa Kiko Grande Pollenca has a house with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with underfloor heating). The well-equipped, modern kitchen, the large living room (50 sqm) with fire place and the large, covered, romantic terrace,overlooking the beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees with a chill-out area and pergola. In the associated garden there are various fruit trees and large palm trees. The villa accommodates up to 8 people. On the plot is space for several cars. There are Wi Fi, Internet and Satellite TV.
A private, large children's playground is located on the Plot.
For larger groups, you can rent our neighboring finca (30 meters away) 3 bedrooms, Finca Kiko Petit Pollenca, also with a private pool and garden.

Summary: Stayed with our family for my husbands 70th birthday. All of us had a wonderful holiday. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly presented with all amenities. Ulrich couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would return again in the future.
