This private single-level first-floor attached unit features ocean, coastal, city, and mountain views that can be enjoyed from everywhere in this outstanding contemporary custom apartment. The breathtaking views are seen from every room! The two outdoor areas are equipped with chaise lounge chairs, a Bar-B-Q, and a table and chairs to enjoy a delicious meal while getting lost in the heavenly views for days!
The new kitchen is a cook's delight, offering elegant counters, recessed lighting, new appliances, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen opens into the lovely living room with a flat-screen TV and French doors leading to a patio and views of the California Riviera. The pleasant breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee and quiet time.
The bedroom features a new queen bed, recessed lighting, attractive wood floors, a luxurious bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The roomy bedroom offers a large flat-screen TV equipped with a Fire-stick to watch your favorite shows!
There is an excellent office with a second patio, a desk, and a chair. Perfect, quiet place for someone working remotely! There is a washer and dryer in the unit and parking in the driveway for one car. We can make accommodations for a second car upon request.

Summary: Pinch me. It feels like the Mediterranean! We had an absolutely wonderful time . . . in this immaculate . . . and well appointed two bedroom suite, overlooking quaint Santa Barbara, the Santa Ynez rolling hills, and the Pacific Ocean. From the welcoming flowers, to a fully equipped kitchen and then to easy internet and media, this property met all of our home away from home needs and more. Our stay of over three (3) weeks included lush green morning views and inky evening skies. The surrounding gardens are colourful and were blossom/ladened. So tropical and pleasing. We lounged with coffee on the back deck. Warm sun baths. Soo therapeutic. Peaceful. Our master bath had double sinks, generous toweling; kitted with amenities. We also used the second bedroom office for our hybrid work. Sun drenched, with reliable WiFi connection. The local choices for dining, theatre, vineyards, marine and beach activity is immense. Botanical gardens and blocks of palm lined beaches complete this immersive Cali experience. We did have a car rental so we stocked up at excellent grocers and used the bbq and kitchen, often. What a joy. Who could ask for more. We will come back to this jewel property, again. Santa Barbara is one of the finest small cities in North America. Let’s keep it our secret! Sssh! B and R
