Ground floor is a great location to be at Phoenix X! The pools and beach are just steps off your balcony.
This completely remodeled beautifully decorated one bedroom Gulf front unit has a king bed and two queen sofa sleepers that sleeps 6. The unit has tiled floors throughout . This unit has one bath accessible to master and hall and a half bath in hallway. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, tiled backsplashes, granite counters, updated cabinets and seats four at table and three at bar.
Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.
