Our house is located at just 15 minutes drive from nice beaches of Sant Pol de Mar, North from Barcelona.
You will be impressed by the amazing pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. Never ending sunny days will make you refill batteries during your holidays.
The 1300 m2 garden has everything that you might dream of: big pool, whirlpool, waterfall, barbecue area, all kind of flowers, grass area, hammocks under the pine trees, never ending views to the coast and the Med and there is even a space with 3 chickens that will provide you with fresh eggs every day.
Come, enjoy and relax in our house and be able to take advantage of the excellent location of the property. You won't be disappointed to choose our house for your holidays. It offers air conditioning in all the 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living / dining area. Lots of spaces in the garden to decide whether you want to lie down under the sun or enjoy a traditional siesta under the shadow of the pine trees or porch.
On the main floor you will find 2 double rooms, both with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, spacious living / dining room with direct access to the porch with views to the pool and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor counts with 1 room with a double bed, one room with bunk beds and a third room with a sofa bed that sleeps one adult or two kids. There is also a bathroom with a power shower.
The house is lies in an urbanization at only 10 kms from the beach in a quiet area surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
