Guests initially enter Life's Good On The Beach by taking the Windsor Place community elevator to the third floor and following the signage to located unit 309. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the villa to find an entryway, living room, dining area and kitchen. The master suite is located on one side of the living room while the full suite and twin suite are located on the other side of the kitchen. The laundry room is located near the kitchen and front door. You can access the outdoor covered balcony from the living room and kitchen area. You can access the second outdoor covered balcony from the master suite.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
